The Standard Queen Room felt spacious, and the tile flooring added a modern touch, though it got quite cold. The check-in was smooth, and the staff helped with my bags, which made a good first impression. I appreciated the proximity to the polar express train station, making it easy to catch my ride. However, the breakfast options were limited to just a couple of cereals and some pastries, which didn't meet expectations. I also encountered issues with noise. late arrivals were loud in the hall, which kept me awake. Overall, it had its perks, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially regarding breakfast and sound isolation.

We had a nice and cozy stay after our polar express ride, enjoying the comfy beds and the spacious King room. The outdoor pool was refreshing and made for a great way to relax in the evening. The breakfast options were a bit basic, but overall, it didn’t impact our pleasant experience, so make sure to bring some snacks! 🏊♂️

No place to sit for meals in the room!!! Avoid advertising breakfast—options are limited!!! Thin pillows do not meet comfort standards!!! Unpleasant noise from neighboring rooms needs attention!!!

Couple looking for decent stay
The staff was super friendly and helped us with our bags when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Also, the loading and unloading was breezy at this place, so that was pretty convenient.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the value was still acceptable.
